Virtual coaching sessions are conducted using secure video conferencing platforms. Clients are encouraged to participate from a private location where conversations cannot be overheard.

What you share in coaching sessions is treated as private and is not shared with outside parties, with the exceptions described below. Because coaching is not a licensed clinical service, it is not protected by the same legal confidentiality standards (such as therapist-client privilege) that apply to licensed mental health treatment.
As a holder of an MSW, Eleese Rawlins Morton adheres to the ethical standards of the social work profession, including those around client safety. She is a mandated reporter. This means that regardless of the general confidentiality of coaching sessions, she is legally and ethically required to break confidentiality and report to the appropriate authorities if a client discloses:
