Everything You Need to Know
How much is the deposit?
A $250 non-refundable retainer reserves your event date.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due seven days before your event.
How many photos can guests take?
Unlimited! Guests can enjoy the booth as many times as they'd like during your rental period.
Do guests receive their photos immediately?
Yes. Guests can instantly receive their photos by text, email, or QR code (internet connection required).
Do you provide an attendant?
Yes. Every event includes a professional booth attendant.
Do you provide props?
Yes. Every package includes a fun assortment of props.
Can we customize the photo template?
Absolutely. Every package includes one custom event overlay.
Do you offer printed photos?
Yes. Prints are available as an optional add-on.
How much space do you need?
We recommend an area approximately 10' × 10' with access to a standard electrical outlet.
Can the booth be outdoors?
Yes, provided the booth is placed on a flat, covered surface and protected from weather.
What if my event runs longer?
Additional time may be added before or during your event, subject to availability.
How far do you travel?
Our standard service area includes Huntsville and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply outside this area.
Good to Know
Booking Policy
A signed agreement and a $250 non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Reservations are not guaranteed until both have been received.
Cancellation Policy
The retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are responsible for the remaining balance unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Requests to reschedule will be accommodated when possible based on availability.
Weather Policy
Outdoor events must provide adequate protection from rain, excessive wind, and direct sunlight. If conditions become unsafe, A&G Photo Booth reserves the right to suspend service.
Damage Policy
Clients are responsible for damage caused by guests through misuse, negligence, or intentional acts.
Power Requirements
One standard 110V electrical outlet is required within 25 feet of the booth location.
Internet
An internet connection is recommended for instant text, email, and QR sharing. If internet service is unavailable, images will still be captured and can be delivered afterward.
Photo Usage
Unless otherwise requested in writing, A&G Photo Booth may use event images on its website and social media for promotional purposes. Clients may opt out before their event.
